I didn't really know him or Clara, but I heard about them and Mrs. Shaffer, Clara's granddaughter and Nathan's mother, was one of my favorite teachers. Very sorry. I send my condolences and I pray your family doesn't lose any more loved ones anytime soon!

I've known Nate for years, with him and my brother growing up playing t-ball, up to playing high school baseball together.. my heart is absolutely broken for the whole family, especially Haley and Christian. I'm so sorry this has happened. Now you have three angels looking over you both. My thoughts have been with the whole entire family ever since I found out what had happened. I'm so sorry :(
