May the peace of God which is beyond our understanding be with you always. Tenie as we called her was always one to make me laugh and reflect. Although life can be serious she always had a way to make me laugh. Sometimes she would make you laugh at yourself! She had a lot of Sel determination. When we were both in Atlanta working, she and I we old go yo lunch and she would treat me to Underground Atlanta. She was like that--exposing me to new experiences. She was also a trailblazer fighting discrimination in the job place and making a difference. She will be missed but I am confident that she has gone to wear her crown! Much love Jessica

My dearest, special sister, what a joy it was to talk with you on the phone with laughter, devotions, prayers, & spiritual renewal. I will miss our phone conversation, I will miss you.
Thank you for the fun times as a little girl, I do remember my big sister with fondness and love.
You are/were definitely a woman of God, one who loved God and I am assured that your spirit has returned to God awaiting the renewal of body and spirit.
I love you dear sis as I know you are resting in peace and in the arms of our Lord and Savior.

Jewel and I worked together for many years at Harrison County Hospital and Indian Creek Convalescent Center.. She will be missed by many including myself. RIP dear Jewell.

I am saddened to hear of Jewel's passing, although I am sure she was eager to join her Lord and Savior in her final home.
