Bud was one of a kind he never made anyone feel like a customer, he treated us all special. I will miss him behind the desk and always having something just for me. Bruce and I would come in and he would say I have something just for you.

Bud was one of my Dad's very best friends . I loved to hear the stories they told of their adventures as young men. Bud always had a smile and friendly conversation to brighten the day. Our deepest sympathy ,from the Kemple family .
We received your message of Bud's passing , and told Dad . He had a stroke last week and was not able to call and give his private condolences . I know he sends his love to the family , as do we .

Bud was a sweet man. He always had time to chat with you. I enjoyed his store and always went there when a gift was needed. When I was a kid we fished in Bud's pond. Those are fond memories. Goodbye Bud you will be missed.

I am sorry to hear this news, and for your loss. Bud was such a nice man, and always had a smile to share. He let me put my husband's wedding ring on layaway, and I was on a VERY limited budget. Time for our wedding- ring not paid off. He laughed and said I know you will make good on it and let me take the ring. He said bring it back after the honeymoon until you have it paid off. My expression must have amused him. He laughed again. I am sure you will have many good memories.

We were sad to hear of Mr. Pfeiffer's passing. He was such a nice man and we really enjoyed visiting the store and having a friendly discussion that always seemed to leave both of us smiling and laughing. We will miss him.
