Zachary Quinn “Zack” Lewis, 37, of Mauckport, Indiana, passed away Thursday, October 17, 2024, at Harrison County Hospital in Corydon, Indiana.  He was born March 10, 1987 in Indianapolis, Indiana..  Zack loved playing video games.

 

He was preceded in death by his mother, Sherry Leah Vaughn; and his brother, Michael Lewis.

 

Survivors include his father, Larry Joe Lewis, Sr. of Eckerty, Indiana; his brother, Larry Joe Lewis, Jr. (Kim) of Crandall, Indiana; his sisters, Heather Ice and Monica Lewis both of Dubois, Indiana; his best friend, Justin Layne of Corydon; his beloved dog, Diezel; and although he never got the chance to father any children, he left behind many loving nieces and nephews.

 

Funeral services will be private at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.
