Waylon Lynn Flickner

Waylon Lynn Flickner, 28, of Corydon, died Monday, June 13, 2022.  He was born February 27, 1994. Waylon was employed at Trusty Tires in Corydon, was formerly employed at Lee’s Chicken in Corydon, and loved riding horses, camping, fishing, hunting and 4 wheeling.

He was preceded in death by his father, Robbie Lynn Flickner; his sister, Maria Lynn Flickner; his brother, Brandon Lee Gibson; and his grandfather, Robert “Hoot” Flickner.

Survivors include his mother, Dee Dee Cole Gibson of Depauw, Indiana; his sons, Isiah Flickner of Depauw and Keegan Flickner of English, Indiana; his daughter, Eliana Flickner of English; his brother, Regal Lynn Flickner (Lindsey) of Marengo, Indiana; his grandparents, James “Hood” Cole of Henryville, Indiana, Tommie Cole of Corydon and Susan Flickner of Corydon; his great grandmothers, Dorothy Shireman of New Albany, Indiana and Monnie Flickner of New Middletown, Indiana; and his girlfriend, Payten Wilkerson of English.

Visitation will be from 3:00 – 6:00 p.m. Saturday, June 18, 2022, at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.

The family requests that expressions of sympathy be made to Waylon’s children.
