Timothy John Nushardt, 69, of Corydon, died Saturday, May 1, 2021, at Baptist Health Louisville. He was born June 14, 1951, in Chicago, Illinois to the late Edward Nushardt and Anne Navurskus Piaskowski. He was retired from Walmart in Corydon, was formerly employed at ANR Freight Trucking Company in Chicago and was a member of New Hope Wesleyan Church near Corydon.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, William Nushardt.
Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Claudia C. Cosentino Nushardt; his daughters, Michelle Christine Nushardt and Cheryl Lynn Nushardt (Chris Bates) both of Corydon; his grandchildren, Cierra Cecelia Higginbotham and Halee Bates; his brothers, Edward Nushardt, Jr. of Tennessee, Michael Nushardt (Susan) of Illinois and David Nushardt (Esther) of Illinois; and his stepsister, Linda Johnson (Verle) of Corydon.
There will be a memorial service at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, May 8, 2021, at New Hope Wesleyan Church near Corydon, followed by a meal immediately after the service. Rev. Chuck Morgan will officiate.
Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. Saturday, May 8, 2021, at New Hope Wesleyan Church near Corydon.
The family requests that expressions of sympathy be made to New Hope Wesleyan Church.
