Tara M. Kinser, 36, of Corydon, Indiana, died Friday, January 30, 2026, at the Hosparus Health Inpatient Care Center in Louisville, Kentucky.  She was born March 20, 1989 in Corydon.  She worked as a server at the Overlook Restaurant in Leavenworth, Indiana and attended Grace Tabernacle Church near Laconia, Indiana.

 

She was preceded in death by her brothers, Adam R. Kinser and Joshua I. Kinser; and her grandparents, Kenneth and Helen Gerdon and Carl “Mickey” and Dottie Kinser.

 

Survivors include her sons, Isaiah Evans and Avrix Kinser; her daughter, Makinna Evans; her granddaughter, Raelynn Dreschel; her parents, Terry Lee Kinser and Karen Marie Gerdon Kinser; her brother, Nathan L. Kinser; and many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

 

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.  Pastor Wilson Groover will officiate.  Burial will be in Perseverance Chapel Cemetery near Corydon.

 

Visitation will be from 3:00 – 8:00 p.m. Tuesday and after 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
