Sue Morris

Sue Morris, 69, of Corydon, died Wednesday, March 23, 2022, at Norton Hospital in Louisville.  She was born March 9, 1953, in New Albany, Indiana, to Catherine McCollum Hammond and the late Sherman Wright.  She was formerly employed at KingFish in downtown Louisville and on Zorn Avenue, and attended Lincoln Hills Christian Church and Trinity Assembly of God Church both in Corydon.

She was preceded in death by her father; her grandson, Oscar Ledesma; and her brother, Doug Wright.

Survivors include her Mother of Corydon; her sons, Gary Asa Morris (Katy) of Marengo, Indiana and Rocky Lee Morris of Fallbrook, California; her grandchildren, Gary Asa Morris, Jr., Amber Lynn Morris, and Alan Morris; her brother, Shay Wright (Patty); and her sister, Audrey Smith.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Friday, April 1, 2022, at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.  Rev. Randy Kirk will officiate.

Visitation will be after 11:00 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
