Steven Ray Cissell

Steven Ray Cissell, 48, of Corydon, died Sunday, August 8, 2021.   He was born March 1, 1973, in Louisville, Kentucky, to the late David and Patricia Stetser Cissell.  Steve was an avid pool player.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and his daughter, Destiny Cissell.

Survivors include his children, Jonathan Patrick Cissell and Brittney Nicole Cissell (Dustin Pettit) both of Corydon and their mother, Rhonda Lynn Lawalin Lee; his grandchildren, Kylie, Landon and Harper; his brothers, James, David “Donkey” and Robert; and his sister, Loretta.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Friday, August 13, 2021, at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.  Michael Kurz will officiate.  Burial will be in Hursttown Cemetery near Corydon.

Visitation will be from 2:00 – 8:00 p.m. Thursday and after 9:00 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
