Sherry Leah Vaughn, 63, of Milltown, Indiana, died Friday, May 17, 2024, at her home near Milltown.  She was born February 28, 1961, in Corydon, Indiana, to the late Hoyt Oliver and Evelyn Inez Bruce Vaughn.  She was a homemaker and loving mother and grandmother. 

She is preceded in death by her parents; her son, Micheal Lewis; her grandchildren, Jordan Cobb and Abigail Raisor; her brother, Gary Vaughn; and her nieces Jacqueline Morrison and Angela Vaughn.

She is survived by her lifelong companion, Junior Sheckells; her sons, Larry Joe Lewis, Jr. (Kim) and Zachary Lewis; her daughters, Heather Ice and Monica Lewis; and who she considered her sons, Joshua, Joseph, Cody and Ethan Sheckells; her grandchildren, Cody, Cameron and Justin Fields, Hunter Lewis and Ian Thompson, Brianna Thompson, Lexus Lewis, Ella Lewis, Bridgette Johnson, Adrian and Chance Wieszczyk, Destiny Lewis, Makayla Chism, Jonathan, Ashleigh, Nadia, and Dominic Villavicencio-Garcia, and Nichole Raisor, Alex and Jackson Sheckells, Maddy Sheckells, Ellie and Cameron Sheckells; many great grandchildren; her brother, Thomas Vaughn (Jean); and her sister, Patricia Spencer.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, May 21, 2024, from 2:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon, Indiana.
