Shawn Lee Gunterman

Shawn Lee Gunterman, 29, of Georgetown, died Saturday, February 25, 2023, at Harrison Healthcare Center in Corydon.  He was born April 26, 1993 in Louisville.  Shawn loved wrestling, the U of L Cardinals, spicy foods, and he was always a jokester.

He was preceded in death by his sister, McKenna Faith Gunterman.

Survivors include his parents, Paul A. and Diana R. Akers Gunterman; his grandparents, Don Akers, Ruth Akers, Bill and Verna Gunterman, and Sharon Miles; his brothers, Wayne Sweeney, James Gunterman, Samuel Gunterman, and Noah Gunterman; and his sisters, Rebecca Evans, Jehnna Coffin, and Bella Gunterman.

There will be a gathering of family and friends from 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. on Friday, March 3, 2023, followed by a Celebration of Life service at 1:00 p.m. at Faithpoint Christian Church, 6694 Hwy 150, Floyds Knobs, Indiana 47119.
