Scott A. Miller, Jr. Obituary

Scott Alan Miller, Jr., 38, of Corydon, died Tuesday, November 30, 2021, at Meadow View Health and Rehabilitation Center in Salem, Indiana.  He was born March 2, 1983 in Dover, New Jersey.  Scott was a veteran of the U.S. Army where he served proudly in Iraq and during Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan.  He also loved hunting, fishing, the outdoors and playing video games.

 

He was preceded in death by his mother, Helena Wilson Miller; and his grandfather, George Anthony Miller, Jr..

 

Survivors include his father, Scott A. Miller, Sr. (Bobbie) of Corydon; his grandparents, Diane E. Miller of Lake Hopatcong, New Jersey, and Jim and Gail Wilson of Irvington, Kentucky; his brothers, Sam Miller (Kara) and Tyler Miller both of Corydon; his sisters, Nicki Miller and Gabby Miller both of Corydon; and many loving aunts and uncles, including Dawn Johnson and Todd Miller.

 

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 4, 2021, at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.  Pastor Donnie Whitlow will officiate.

 

Visitation will be after 11:00 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

 

The family requests that expressions of sympathy be made to the donor’s choice of Huntington’s Disease research charities.
