Rofenia Lee Muntz, 72, of Corydon, died Friday, September 9, 2022, at Baptist Health Floyd in New Albany, Indiana. She was born September 7, 1950, in Corydon, to the late Fred and Margaret Shawler Kendall. She was a retired LPN at Providence Retirement Home and Lincoln Hills Health Center both in New Albany.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Paul Kenneth Muntz; her son Fredward Kenneth “Kenny” Muntz; her great granddaughters, Sydney Muntz-Mertz and Lilly Ann Rose Jackson; her brother, Paul Thomas Kendall; and her sister, Schelia Marie Evans.
Survivors include her son, Kevin Muntz (Dana) of Avon, Indiana; her daughters, Korrina Wilson of New Albany and Regina Dye of Corydon; her brothers, Rick, Jim and Bev Kendall all of Corydon; her sisters, Marcie Kendall of Corydon, Deborah Thompson of Borden, Indiana, and Margaret Rose Turner of Winchester, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Marcie Muntz, Douglas Jackson, Paige Ayres (Cameron), and Tre Muntz; and 4 great grandchildren.
There will be a memorial service at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, September 17, 2022, at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery in Corydon.
Visitation will be after 11:00 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
