Ricky Casey

Ricky Casey, 42, of Laconia, Indiana, died Wednesday, August 3, 2022.  He was born November 16, 1979 in New Albany, Indiana.  He was a journeyman/mechanic at IKEC Clifty Creek Plant in Madison, Indiana and was a member of the Millwright Local Union #1076 in Louisville, Kentucky.

Survivors include his parents, Sandy Thornbury Dennison (Sheldon) of Laconia and Rickie Casey (Tammy) of Marysville, Indiana; his sister, Toni Moore and son, Hunter Moore, of Fresno, California; his step sisters, Hester Rhodes (Jason) and sons, Aidan and Grayson Rhodes, of Rhodelia, Kentucky, and Autumn Dennison and daughter, Zoie Nurse, and Abby Dennison all of Elizabeth, Indiana; his companion and life partner, Maegan Ann, and her children, Jules and Serenity; his best buddy, Millie; and his beloved dogs, Charlie, Gizmo and Sadie. 

Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 10, 2022, at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.  Pastor Ray Bowyer will officiate.  Burial will be in Rehoboth Cemetery near Laconia.

Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Tuesday and after 9:00 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Jesse Pennington, Dustin Monroe, Todd Reynolds, Brian Hildebrand, Ronnie Thornbury, Johnny Ringo, Jason Rhodes and Zachary Thornbury.

The family requests that expressions of sympathy be made to the Rehoboth Cemetery Fund.
