Ranvel D. "Randy" Conder

Ranvel D. “Randy” Conder, 68, of Elizabeth, died Friday, November 20, 2020, at Baptist Health Floyd in New Albany, Indiana.  He was born August 12, 1952, in Louisville, Kentucky, to the late Thomas and Evadean Wheatley Conder.  He was retired from Philip Morris in Louisville, was a member of Union Chapel Christian Church near Laconia, Indiana and the River City Masonic Lodge #966 F&AM in Louisville, and was the chaplain of the Hornickel Post American Legion #379 in Elizabeth.

Survivors include his wife, Dinah G. Beasley Conder; his son, Phillip Conder (Rachel) of Laconia; his daughters, Allison Smith (David) of Louisville and Nicole Conder (Paul) of Elizabeth; his grandchildren, Randi Denay Wininger, Hailey Conder and Peyton Conder; and his great grandchild, Avery Wininger.

Funeral services will be at 12:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 24, 2020, at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.  Rev. Ron Stuart will officiate.  Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery in Elizabeth.

Visitation will be from 2:00 – 8:00 p.m. Monday and after 10:00 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

There will be Masonic Rites at 7:00 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

The family requests that expressions of sympathy be made to Union Chapel Christian Church.

Pallbearers will be J.R. Farrow, Terry Ward, Craig Ward, Adrian Hubert, Brent Sherman, Ryan Dixon, Peyton Conder and Mike Hecht.
