Paula D. Faith, 76, of New Middletown, Indiana, died Thursday, February 13, 2025, at Baptist Health Floyd in New Albany, Indiana.  She was born July 17, 1948, in Lanesville, Indiana, to the late Edgar G. and Carmen D. Bell Hussung.  She was a homemaker, was retired from Squire Boone Village in New Albany, was formerly employed at the New Middletown Elementary School, and was a member of Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church near Georgetown, Indiana.

 

She was preceded in death by her parents; her grandson, Tanner Prochaska; her brothers, Russell, Donald, Edwin, Bill and Marvin Hussung; and her sisters, Josephine Gibson and Wilma Smith.

 

Survivors include her husband of 56 years, Larry Joe Faith; her sons, Chadrick Paul Faith (Linda), Jeffery Scott Faith (Sara), and Christopher Jacob Faith (Ashley); her daughter, Melissa Jo Prochaska (Brian); her grandchildren, C.J. Faith (Sydney), Ryan Faith, Zach Faith, Jana Sander (Grant), Faith Prochaska, Cali Prochaska, Connor Prochaska, Lauren Prochaska, Lukas Faith (Brooklynne), Gracie Jo Faith, Lillian Faith, Harlow Faith, and Corbin Faith; her great grandchildren, Loretta Faith, Luca Sander, Cade Sander, Gage Sander, and Sloane Sander; and her sister, Carol L. Smith.

 

Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 18, 2025, at St. John’s Lutheran Church near Lanesville.  Pastor Andrew Becker will officiate.  Burial will be in St. John’s Cemetery.

 

Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Monday at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon, and after 10:00 a.m. Tuesday at the church.

 

Pallbearers will be C.J. Faith, Ryan Faith, Zach Faith, Lukas Faith, Connor Prochaska, Jeremy Kirkham, and Corbin Faith.
