Paul Timothy Meek

Paul Timothy Meek, 63, of Corydon, died Saturday, November 16, 2019, at his home near Corydon.  He was born August 1, 1956, in Jeffersonville, Indiana.  He was a the owner of Meek Carpentry, where he was able to show his love of woodworking and trim carpentry, and was U.S. Navy veteran.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Franklin Meek and Eleanor Jean Davis Baird Ison; his foster parents, Bud and Marilyn Teeter; his granddaughter, Macenzie Nicole Meek; his great grandson, Benjamin Xavier Bradford; and his brother, Charles David Meek.

Survivors include his wife, Debbie Emily Meek; his son, Charles David Meek of Corydon; his daughters, Amanda Jean Burt (Kerry) of Depauw, Indiana and Dana Gerdon (Tony) of Laconia, Indiana; his sister, Karen Meek of Louisville, Kentucky; his brothers, Jerry Teeter of Corydon, and Darrell and Steve Teeter both of Lanesville; his grandchildren, Megan Gerdon (Sean), Paige Gerdon, Amber Gerdon, Tyler David Stauth, Brenna Dismang, Haley Meek, Bryson Meek, Kerry Burt, Garrett Burt, Chasity Burk and Alysha Scherer (Justen); and his great grandsons, Michael, Justen, Jr. and Blake.

Funeral services will be at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 19, 2019, at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.  Jeff McCarty will officiate.

Visitation will be after 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

The family requests that expressions of sympathy be made to the American Cancer Society.
