Paul Kenneth Muntz, 70, of Corydon, died Sunday, January 3, 2021, at his home near Corydon. He was born November 14, 1950, in Mauckport, Indiana, to the late James and Virginia Green Muntz. He was a retired painter at Jeffboat in Jeffersonville, Indiana, was a member of the Teamsters Union Local 89, and was a member of the Baptist faith.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his son, Fredward Kenneth “Kenny” Muntz; his great granddaughters, Sydney Muntz-Mertz and Lilly Ann Rose Jackson; his brothers, James and Charlie Muntz; and his sisters, Margaret Schoenbaechler, Sue Tyree, Mary Catherine Muntz and Frances Muntz.
Survivors include his wife, Rofenia Lee Kendall Muntz; his son, Kevin Muntz (Dana) of Henryville, Indiana; his daughters, Korrina Wilson of New Albany, Indiana and Regina Dye of Corydon; his daughter-in-law, Karen Muntz of Corydon, his grandchildren, Marcie Muntz, Douglas Jackson, Paige Muntz and Tre Muntz; four great grandchildren; his brothers Carl Muntz of Lanesville, Indiana and Joseph Edward Muntz of Fredericksburg, Indiana; and his sister, Alice Bolen of Florida.
Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 6, 2021, at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon. Chaplain Leland Parks will officiate. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery in Corydon.
Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Tuesday and after 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
The family requests that expressions of sympathy be made to the American Cancer Society.
Pallbearers will be Clint Thompson, Jamie Kendall, Tim Kendall, Troy Schoenbaechler, Mark Early and Rick Tyree.
