Michael A. “Mike” Elbert, 43, of Corydon, died Monday, June 23, 2025, at his home near Corydon.  He was born February 22, 1982 in Atlanta, Georgia. 

 

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Carolyn Cavins, Kenneth Davis, and Lambert and Jean Elbert.

 

Survivors include his sons, Makhi and Mason Elbert; his daughter, Mya Elbert and her half-sister, Maria Guevara; his father, James “Jim” Elbert; his mother, Sherry Vaughn (Mark); his sister, Shanda Elbert; his half-brother, Kyle Vaughn; and his nephew and nieces, Landen, Grace and Regina.

 

There will be a memorial visitation from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 2, 2025, at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.
