Mary J. Cavins

Mary Jane Cavins, 88, of Corydon, died Saturday, November 7, 2020, at Harrison Healthcare Center in Corydon.  She was born September 18, 1932, in Louisville, Kentucky, to the late Earl and Maddie Lee Hutcheson.  She was formerly employed at Lorillard Tobacco in Louisville, Kentucky.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, William T. “Bill” Cavins; and her son, Roy Cavins.

Survivors include her daughter, Sandra Thomas of Leitchfield, Kentucky; her grandchildren, John Willis of Corydon; Mike Willis of Brandenburg, Kentucky, Jeremy Willis of Corydon, Chris Willis (Lauren) of Irvington, Kentucky, and Christy Willis of Corydon; 8 great grandchildren; and 13 great great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be private at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.  Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery in Corydon.
