Marsha F. Schoen

Marsha F. Schoen, 63, of Elizabeth, died Monday, May 6, 2019, at her home in Elizabeth.  She was born February 5, 1956, in Corydon, to Bonnie F. Stevens Dennison and the late Roy “Vivian” Dennison.  She worked as a cashier at South Central Elementary School in Elizabeth, was a member of Smith Campground United Methodist Church near Dogwood and attended Northside Christian Church in New Albany.

She was preceded in death by her father and her brother, Michael Dennison.

Survivors include her husband, Randall E. Schoen; her mother, Bonnie F. Dennison of Laconia, Indiana; her sons, Scott Schoen (Stacey) of Charlestown, Indiana, Chad Schoen of Elizabeth and Craig Schoen (Jessica) of Clarksville, Indiana; her daughter, Brittany Ort (Robby) of Elizabeth; her grandchildren, Trey, Emma Kate, Ryder and Kash Schoen, and Tye Ort ; her brother, Sheldon L. Dennison (Sandy) of Laconia; and her sister, Rhonda S. Dixon (Randy) of Laconia.

Funeral services will be at 12:00 p.m. Friday, May 10, 2019, at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.  Rev. Greg Carter will officiate.  Burial will be in Rehoboth Cemetery near Laconia.

Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Thursday and after 9:00 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Scott, Chad, and Craig Schoen, Robby Ort, Sheldon Dennison and Randy Dixon.

The family requests that expressions of sympathy be made to Smith Campground United Methodist Church or Hosparus Southern Indiana.
