Margaret E. Sieg, 80, of Corydon, Indiana, died Saturday, January 31, 2026, near Corydon.  She was born May 18, 1945, in Louisville, Kentucky, to the late Edward and Lucille Armstrong Eyerman.  She was a retired head cook at the old Best Western Old Capital Inn and Indian Creek Healthcare Center both in Corydon, and attended Fountain United Methodist Church near Corydon. 

 

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Gary G. Sieg; her son, Earl “Tumble” Pepper; her brother, Louis Eyerman; and her sisters, Mary Pepper, Louise Broderick, Cheryl Wyatt and Eunice Sauer.

 

Survivors include her son, Gary E. Sieg (Nikki); her daughters, Judy Cunningham (Roy) and Linda Pepper; her step sons, Dennis, Doug, Dwayne, Patrick and Tony Sieg; her grandchildren, Tiffany, G.J., Kinlee, Khloe, Anthony, Jonathan, Kelli and Roy; her great grandchildren, August, Quin, Alik, Jerrin, Jaydin, Waylon and Lincoln; and her great great grandchildren, Samuel, Kashton and Rory.

 

Funeral services will be at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, February 8, 2026, at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.  Chaplain Tamara Walker will officiate.  Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery near Corydon.

 

Visitation will be after 10:00 a.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

 

Pallbearers will be Gary Sieg, Anthony Rennirt, G.J. Wilt, Haley Wilt, August Greene and Quin Powell.
