Linda L. Alford

Linda L. Alford, 78, of Corydon, Indiana, died Saturday, September 4, 2021, at Baptist Health Floyd in New Albany, Indiana.  She was born July 9, 1943, in Louisville, Kentucky, to the late John Jacob and Hayes Louise Peterson Ulmer.  She was a retired staffer for Kimberly Nurses in Louisville.

Survivors include her sons, Casey Alford (Kami) of Jeffersonville, Indiana and Scott Alford of Corydon; her sisters, Mary Lou Ulmer and Jennie Webb both of Louisville; and her three grandchildren, Addison, McKena and Sawyer Alford.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 8, 2021, at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.  Pastor Donnie Whitlow will officiate.  Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery in Corydon.

Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Tuesday and after 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Rodney Shehorn, Joe Blevens, Ryan Groudle, Kyle Kasey, Brian Stem, Greg Gibson & Dustin Rhoads.
