Linda C. Heishman, 83, of Corydon, Indiana, died Friday, October 24, 2025, at Baptist Health Floyd in New Albany, Indiana.  She was born January 10, 1942, in Harrison County, Indiana, to the late Ralph and Dorothy Pate Harrell.  She was a homemaker and was a member of Trinity Assembly of God Church near Corydon.

 

She was preceded in death by her parents and her daughter, Kathy Ann Jackson.

 

Survivors include her husband of 67 years, John W. Heishman; her son, Billy Heishman (Norma); her daughter, Tammy Brumley; 8 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; and 1 great great grandson.

 

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, October 30, 2025, at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.  Pastor Steve Terry will officiate.  Burial will be in Heidelberg Cemetery near Corydon.

 

Visitation will be from 2:00 – 8:00 p.m. Wednesday and after 9:00 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

 

Pallbearers will be Noah Adkins, Bryce Newkirk, Seth Newkirk, Austin Alcorn, Jason Pittman and Bentley Starrett.
