June C. Bruce

June C. Bruce, 84, of New Salisbury, died Sunday, May 8, 2022, at Baptist Health Floyd in New Albany, Indiana.  She was born September 13, 1937, in Corydon, Indiana, to the late Ralph and Amelia Mae Saulmon Wolfe.  June loved to garden and travel.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Earl William Bruce.

Survivors include her son William “Stewart” Bruce (Karen) of New Salisbury; her daughter, Brenda K. Burns (Barry) of New Salisbury; her sisters, Kay Fessel (Dave) of Depauw, Indiana and Terry Engleman (Stu) of Corydon; her grandchildren, Troy Lamb (Becky), Heather Spells, Chris Bruce, and Haley Boyd (Michael); and her great grandchildren, Dylan Striet, Alanna Spells, Kaylynn Spells, Brianna Lamb, Rylan Spells, Amelia Boyd, Thea Boyd, and Owen Boyd.

Memorial services will be at 6:00 p.m. Thursday, May 12, 2022, at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon. 

Visitation will be after 4:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
