Joyce Marie Schreck, 72, of Corydon, died Wednesday, February 28, 2024, at her home in Corydon.  She was born April 27, 1951, in Corydon, to the late Alva and Mary Byerley Lowe.  She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Corydon. 

 

She was preceded in death by her parents; and her brothers, Jack, Darrell and Larry Lowe.

 

Survivors include her husband, Richard Leo Schreck; her sons, Brian Joseph Schreck (Jayme), Jeffrey Adam Schreck (Carrie), and James Alan Schreck (Sabrina) all of Corydon; her daughter, Anita Marie Levin (Michael) of Carmel, Indiana; her brothers, Gerald Lowe (Lois) of Corydon, Mickey Lowe of Laconia, Randy Lowe (Denise) of New Salisbury, and Gary Lowe (Brenda) of Corydon; her sisters, Barbara Bullington (Danny) of Ramsey and Karen Smith (Jerry) of Corydon; and 12 grandchildren.

 

Her funeral mass will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 5, 2024, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Corydon.  Father Kyle Rodden will officiate.  Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery in Corydon.

 

Visitation will be from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. Monday and from 9:00 – 10:00 a.m. Tuesday at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.

 

Pallbearers will be Clayton Schreck, Taylor Levin, Zane Schreck, Wyatt Schreck, Cole Schreck, and Brigham Schreck.
