Joshua Scott Cecil, 42, of Corydon, died Wednesday, September 28, 2022, at his home near Corydon.  He was born July 10, 1980 in Corydon.  He was a self employed carpenter and he loved animals, especially his dog, Rascal.

 

He was preceded in death by his mother, Linda Gayle West Cecil.

 

Survivors include his father, Tom Cecil (Carol) of Corydon; his brothers, Rodney L. Cecil (Tanyika) of Corydon and Steven T. Cecil, Jr. (Sonya) of Milltown, Indiana; and his sister, Malissa M. Chambers (Steve) of Corydon.

 

Funeral services will be private at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.  Burial will be in Blue River Chapel Cemetery near Corydon.
