John Winston Timberlake, 48, of Corydon, died Friday, December 22, 2023, at University of Louisville Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky.  He was born February 20, 1975, in Corydon, to the late Ralph E. “Buster” and Barbara Winston Beauchamp Timberlake.  He was formerly employed with the Indiana Department of Transportation, was a member of Mauckport Community Church, and was a U.S. Army veteran.

 

He was preceded in death by his parents; and his brother, Ralph E. Timberlake, Jr..

 

Survivors include his wife, Erica R. Richardson Timberlake; his sons, Cody Timberlake and John E. Timberlake both of Corydon; his daughter, Megan Timberlake (Jeremy Anderson) of Corydon; his granddaughter, Teagan Timberlake; his brother, Kerry D. Timberlake of New Salisbury, Indiana; and his sister, Robin R. Ayres of Corydon.

 

Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Friday, December 29, 2023, at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.  Rev. Mark Windley and Pastor Allen Edwards will officiate.  Burial will be in Otterbein Cemetery near Laconia, Indiana.

 

Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Thursday and after 9:00 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.

 

Pallbearers will be Rob Stewart, Terry Carter, James Salings, John Mott, Aaron Taylor and Travis McKim.
