John H. “Jack” Bill, CPCU, 77, of Sarasota, Florida, died Thursday, June 3, 2021, at Bradenton Hospice House in Bradenton, Florida.
Originally from Corydon, Indiana, he is survived by a son, John A. Bill of Louisville, Kentucky; granddaughter, Brittany Bill of New Albany, Indiana; two great grandchildren, Aydan Bill and Zander Owens of New Albany; his brother, Frank M. Bill, Sr. (Julie) of Corydon; and a half brother, Wayne Conrad of Corydon.
Jack was loved by all that ever met him. He worked in the insurance business for over 55 years and was the former owner of Bulleit Insurance Agency in Corydon. Jack was very proud that he had also received the distinct designation of CPCU for his knowledge, service and expertise in the insurance business.
On Sunday, June 27th, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at the Bethlehem Cemetery in Crandall, Indiana, there will be a Military Service for Jack’s brother, Claude William Bill. Master Sergeant Bill was a Vietnam Veteran who was honorably discharged after 23 years of faithful service to his country and the United States Army.
Immediately following Claude’s Military Service there will be a “Celebration of Life” for Jack Bill at the cemetery.
