Jeffrey Scott Harden

Jeffrey Scott Harden, 62, of Corydon, formerly of Washington, Indiana, died Monday, October 16, 2023, at his home near Corydon.  He was born September 9, 1961 in Washington, Indiana.  He was a 1980 graduate of Washington High School and a graduate of the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana, was the former Vice President of the Pike County Bank in Petersburg, Indiana and of National Bank/Integra Bank in Winslow, Indiana, was the former Director of Finance for the Evansville Courier Press in Evansville, Indiana, was the former Director of Credit for E.W. Scripps Company, and was a member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church in Cato, Indiana.  Jeff was a proud IU alumnus and an avid IU sports fan, and he also loved the Cincinnati Bengals and Reds.

He was preceded in death by his father, David Leroy Harden.
 

Survivors include his mother, Barbara K. Fettinger Harden; his daughter, Haylea Renee Harden (Michael Perkins) of Unionville, Indiana; his brother, Kevin Lee Harden (Vanessa) of New Albany, Indiana; and his partner, Deanne Hamilton.

There will be a memorial service to celebrate Jeff’s life at a later date at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery near Winslow, Indiana.
