Jean Bess, 72, of Corydon, died Saturday, December 30, 2023, at Indian Creek Healthcare Center in Corydon.  She was born May 20, 1951, in LaFollette, Tennessee, to the late Earl and Lorene Hatfield Jackson.  She attended Lincoln Hills Christian Church in Corydon and loved to play BINGO.

 

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husbands, Stanley Dilbeck and George Bess; and her daughter, Misty Dilbeck.

 

Survivors include her son, Dustin Dilbeck of Corydon; her daughter, Laura Randolph (Brett) of Jonesville, Michigan; her brothers, John and Dallas Jackson both of Tennessee; her sister, Maryanne Harrison of Tennessee; her grandchildren, Ashley Randolph Cheek (Jordan), Kyle Randolph, Becca Gabbard Ivers (Sebastian), Dominik Dilbeck, Tovin Dilbeck, Luka Dilbeck, Christopher Curry, and Jodeci Curry; and her great grandchildren, Delilah and Lele.

 

There will be a memorial visitation from 2:00 – 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 2, 2024, at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.
