Janet R. Wright, 75, of Mauckport, Indiana, died Thursday, September 4, 2025, at her home near Mauckport.  She was born February 7, 1950, in Corydon, Indiana, to the late Clyde R. Conrad and Wanda L. Huffman Conrad.  Janet was a loving and dedicated wife, mother and grandmother.

 

Survivors include her husband of 31 years, Marty Wright; her daughters, Kimberli Whelan (Gery) and Kristi Oskin (Kevin); her son, Seth Sutherland (Kelli); her grandchildren, Olivia Harl (Dylan), Ethan Wright, Sydney Lee (Alex), Kaleigh Watkins (Jacob), Curtis Sutherland and Caleb Sutherland; and her great grandchildren, Landen Harl and Wesley Harl.

 

Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.  Pastor Seth Miller will officiate.  Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery in Corydon. 

 

Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Monday and after 9:00 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

 

Pallbearers will be Seth Sutherland, Kevin Oskin, Ethan Wright, Gery Whelan, Curtis Sutherland and Dylan Harl.  Honorary pallbearers will be Caleb Sutheralnd, Landen Harl and Wesley Harl.
