James "Jimmy" White

James “Jimmy” White, 53, of Corydon, Indiana, passed away Saturday, June 24, 2023, at Baptist Health Floyd in New Albany, Indiana.

He was born December 23, 1970, to the late Phyllis Mattingly and Larry White, Sr.  He was an avid fisherman who also loved wrestling.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Sherry McAdams White; his grandmother, Maudie Gudgeon; and his brother, Ferris “Dink” White.

Survivors include his sisters, Melissa Morgan (Ricky) of English, Indiana, Diana Milner (Sam) of Niles, Michigan and Patty Traughber (Chris) of Corydon; his brother, Larry White, Jr. of Harlan, Kentucky; his stepfather, Robert Mattingly of Corydon; and his long time friend, Etta White of New Albany.

Cremation was chosen with a memorial service planned at a later date.
