James H. Engleman, 86, of Corydon, Indiana, died Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at Harrison Healthcare Center in Corydon.  He was born July 23, 1939, in Corydon, to the late Ralph and Ruth Pepper Engleman.  He was formerly employed at Keller Manufacturing Company in Corydon, was a self-employed hauler and trader and was a member of Gethsemane Lutheran Church near Corydon.

 

He was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Wayne; and his sister, Effie.

 

Survivors include his sons, Kenneth Engleman (Janeen) and David Engleman; his daughter, Jackie Flatt; his brother, Johnny; his sisters, Betty, Alma Faye and Nyla; 5 grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren.

 

Funeral services will be private at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.
