Gynith L. Timberlake

Gynith L. Timberlake, 82, of Corydon, died Saturday, August 20, 2022, at Harrison Healthcare Center in Corydon.  She was born February 20, 1940, near Sparksville, Kentucky, to the late Carl and Mary Shepard Hamilton.  She was a member of the Homemaker’s Club and the Corydon Christian Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Donald L. Timberlake; and her brothers, Russel, Bobby and Larry Hamilton.

Survivors include her son, Donald L. Timberlake, II; her daughter, Bridget A. Timberlake; her grandchildren, Donald Joshua Timberlake and Ross Franklin Timberlake; her great grandchildren Tate Franklin Timberlake, Cole Daniel Timberlake and Ira Boone Timberlake; her brothers; Michael Hamilton (Sandy) and Jimmy Hamilton (Virginia); and her sisters; Helen “Joyce” Metrick and Sherlene Stepro.

Funeral services will be private at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.  Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery in Corydon.
