Glenn Alan Lieber Obituary
Glenn Alan “Bubby” Lieber, 62, of Lanesville, Indiana, passed away Thursday, July 23, 2026, at his home surrounded by his family. He was born August 18, 1963, in New Albany, Indiana. Glenn worked as a carpenter, retiring from Carpenter’s Union 175. In his early years, he worked for Omar Blank , building many nice and sturdy houses around this area and also building his and Rosie’s own home. He was a man who could fix anything or at least would try.
Being a simple man, some of the things he loved were tinkering in the shed, a good visit with friends, being on his tractor, sitting around the campfire at his camp, and most importantly, his wife of 37 years, Rosie.
Uncle Glenn was a man of few words but loved deeply and was deeply loved by his nephews and nieces.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Maurice “Leadpipe” and Dorothy Gunn Lieber; his father-in-law, Walter “Rags” Robinson; and his canine companions, Buddy, Judy, Annie, and Allie.
Survivors include his wife, Rose Marie Robinson Lieber; his brothers, Roger (Donna) and Keith (Lisa) Lieber; his sisters, Karen Garrett (John) and Tammy Lieber (Gary Wasson); his mother-in-law, Hilda Loew Robinson; sister-in-law, Ruth Best (Tom); brother-in-law, Pat Robinson (Joan); nephews who helped care for him, Jeremy Robinson (Courtney, Fox, and Levi), Jonathon Robinson (Kellie, Kipton, and Kooper), and many other nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 29, 2026, at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon. Burial will be in St. John’s Cemetery in Lanesville.
Visitation will be from 1:00 – 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 28, 2026, and will continue after 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home.

The family requests that expressions of sympathy be made to St. John’s Lutheran Church 1505 St Johns Church Rd NE, Lanesville, IN 47136.
Glenn was a man of comfort and his request for anyone coming to his visitation or funeral is to be comfortable as well and wishes for them to wear jeans, shorts, or overalls, but definitely no ties allowed.
