Gerald L. “Buck” Faith, 81, of Laconia, died Thursday, February 6, 2020, at his home near Laconia. He was born April 28, 1938, in Laconia, to the late Wilbur Hays and Eleanor Marie Faith. He was retired from the Ford Motor Company Kentucky Truck Plant, was a farmer, was a member of the Pisgah Masonic Lodge #32 F&AM in Corydon for over 50 years, was a member of the Red Men Club and the Hornickel Post #379 American Legion in Elizabeth, and was a United States Army veteran.
Survivors include his wife of 61 years, Wanda F. Radmacher Faith; his daughters, Janet L. Kaiser (Larry) and Joan K. Abbott (Michael); his brother, William Faith (Patty); his grandchildren, April Abbott (Albert Huang), Bradley Abbott (Jennifer), Derek Kaiser (Brittney Ash) and Kristin Kaiser (Austin Whelan); and his great grandchildren, Madalyn, Nolan, Bennett, Makenzie, Reagan, Cooper, Aubrey, Kinley and Trenton.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 pm. Monday, February 10, 2020, at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon. Brother Ron Stuart will officiate. Burial will be in Union Chapel Cemetery near Laconia.
Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Sunday and after 10:00 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
There will be a Masonic service at 7:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
The family requests that expressions of sympathy be made to the Union Chapel Cemetery Fund.
Pallbearers will be Derek Kaiser, Bradley Abbott, Albert Huang, Austin Whelan, Michael Abbott, Larry Kaiser and Wesley Smith.
