Gary Allen Lowe, Sr.

Gary Allen Lowe, Sr., 67, of Corydon, Indiana, died Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at Norton Clark Hospital in Jeffersonville, Indiana.  He was born October 4, 1957, in Corydon, to the late Alva “Bill” Lowe and Mary Byerly Lowe.  He was retired from Thorn-Orwick in Corydon.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his brothers, Jack Lowe, Sr., Joseph Lowe, Darrell Lowe, Sr., and Larry Lowe, Sr.; and his sister, Joyce Schreck.

Survivors include his wife of nearly 50 years, Brenda Sue Bogard Lowe; his daughters, Sheila Chapman (Greg) and Kim Lowe; his son, Gary Lowe, Jr. (Jennifer); his brothers, Gerald Lowe, Sr. (Lois), Randy Lowe, Sr. (Denise), and Mickey Lowe, Sr.; his sisters, Barbara Bullington (Danny) and Karen Sue Smith (Jerry); and his grandchildren, Madison, Macy, Maysen, and Danielle.

There will be a memorial service at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, September 7, 2025, at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.  Rev. Allen Gardner will officiate.

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Saturday and after 12:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
