Estel L. Parks, 93, of Corydon, Indiana, died Sunday, May 10, 2026, at Harrison Healthcare Center in Corydon.  He was born August 9, 1932, in English, Indiana, to the late Estel A. and Beatrice B. Austin Parks.  He was the co-owner of Parks Chevrolet in Corydon and was a member of the Corydon Christian Church Disciples of Christ.

 

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife of 72 years, Mildred M. Real Parks; his brother, Lowell C. Parks; and his daughter in law, Robin Ireland Parks.

 

Survivors include his sons, David Lee Parks and Mark Lee Parks (Susanna); his daughter, Cathy Marie Mann (Vernon); 8 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; and 1 great great granddaughter.

 

As Estel requested, there will be no visitation or funeral services.

 

Burial will be private in the English Cemetery.
