Donna M. Carpenter

Donna M. Carpenter, 79, of Oriole, Indiana, died Wednesday, May 4, 2022, at her home near English, Indiana.  She was born April 11, 1943, in Louisville, Kentucky, to the late Robert and Catherine Yaggi Luckett.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Edward E. “Bud” Carpenter; her brothers, John and Marty Luckett; and her son in law, Jim Leibering.

Survivors include her son, Edward M. Carpenter (Bev) of Ferdinand, Indiana; her daughters, Elizabeth “Betty” Dennis (Joe) of Louisville, Debora Leibering of Huntingburg, Indiana, and Kim Benningfield (Scott) of Santa Claus, Indiana; 6 grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be private at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.  Burial will be in Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery in St. Croix, Indiana.
