Delmer R. Cundiff, 75, died Thursday, January 1, 2026, at Jewish Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. He was born April 24, 1950, in Breckinridge County, Kentucky, to the late Samuel Kirby Cundiff and Catherine B. Compton Cundiff. He was formerly employed as a truck driver for Value City Stores and at ARPAC in Corydon, and was a farmer. Everyone who knew Delmer, will fondly remember his talent for conversation and telling stories.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his first wife, Norma Lee McKim Cundiff; his infant son and daughter; his sister, Judy Baker; and his half-brother, Kirby Cundiff.
Survivors include his wife, Bonnie Jean Green-Cundiff; his stepson, Craig Green (Qian); his stepdaughters, Wanda Bond (Stephen Wagner), Deborah Carter and Vanessa Timberlake; his brother, Sammy Lee Cundiff; his sister, Kim Cundiff; and many loving grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon. Mark Hubbard will officiate. Burial will be in Louden’s Chapel Cemetery near Depauw, Indiana.
Visitation will be from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Tuesday and after 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
