Delbert J. “Tosie” Bary, 64, of Depauw, Indiana, died Saturday, April 19, 2025, at University of Louisville Hospital.  He was born June 4, 1960 in Corydon, Indiana.  He was a truck driver all of his life and was a member of Pleasant Ridge Church near Corydon.  Tosie was very proud of his children, loved riding his Harley, camping with his family, working on cars and grilling (only on charcoal).

 

He was preceded in death by his mother, Helen G. Winn Bary and his infant brother, Paul Bary.

 

Survivors include his wife, Samone Shepherd Bary; his father, Paul J. Bary; his children, Kayla Smith (Chris), Jaime Stroud (Eric), Cara Stevens (Robby), Tara Trent and Michael Bary; his step daughter, Denise Olson; his siblings, David Bary, Donald Bary (Terri), Paula Chenault (Ronnie) and Donna Bary; his grandchildren, Tyler, Zoe, Khloe, Josie, Juleigh, Callison, Noah, Candace, Ryan, Jacob and Abigail; and 3 great grandchildren.

 

Funeral services will be at 12:00 p.m. Thursday, April 24, 2025, at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.  Pastor Frank Pendleton will officiate.  Burial will be in Blue River Church of Christ Cemetery near Depauw, Indiana.

 

Visitation will be from 3:00 – 8:00 p.m. Wednesday and after 10:00 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

 

Pallbearers will be Donald Bary, David Bary, Justin Bary, Chris Smith, Eric Stroud, Chris Wetzel and Noah Stroud.
