Dean Comer, 57, of Corydon, Indiana, died Saturday, November 22, 2025, at Norton Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky.  He was born November 10, 1968, in New Albany, Indiana, to the late Lowe Comer and Betty Gravitt Comer.  He was a plant operator at Louisville Paving & Construction Company and Flynn Brothers Contracting both in Louisville and was a foreman at Levy in Brandenburg, Kentucky.

 

He was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Rusty Comer; and his brother-in-law, Mike Helson.

 

Survivors include his wife, Tammi L. Jasiak Comer; his sons, Christopher Comer (Chasity) and Nick Comer (Adrienne); his daughters, Misty Kaminer (Ricky), Katelyn Comer and Ashlyn Sherrard; his brother, Jeff Comer; his sisters, Tina Helson, Theresa Frazier (Dave) and Becky Comer; and his grandchildren, Mallory, Serenity, Carter, Landyn and Miley.

 

Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 29, 2025, at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.

 

Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Friday and after 9:00 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
