Carl Eugene Ballard, 61, of Corydon, Indiana, died Thursday, July 17, 2025, at Harrison Healthcare Center in Corydon.  He was born December 2, 1963, in Champaign, Illinois, to the late Thomas William Ballard and Mary Yates Ballard.  He was a self-employed handyman.

 

Survivors include his wife, Michelle Lynn Ferguson Ballard and his friend and caretaker, Wayne Stephen.

 

Funeral services will be private at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.
