Betty Louise Rhodes

Betty Louise Rhodes, 83, of Corydon, passed away on Friday, June 10, 2022, at University of Louisville Hospital.  She was born June 18, 1938, in Corydon, to the late Elmer L. and Mardell Hunter Rhodes.  Betty was a member of the Corydon Christian Church Disciples of Christ, and before retirement, she was employed at Public Service Indiana and later at the Harrison County Court House.  She enjoyed spending holidays with the Ledford clan and playing board games and cards.  She was always happy to share all the information she knew about Corydon and its history.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and her brother, Walter Lee Rhodes.

Survivors include her niece and nephews, Stephanie Scholl, Ira Rhodes and Don Zohlke all of Idaho; and many great nieces and nephews, and cousins.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 15, 2022, at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.  Rev. Randy Miles will officiate.  Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery in Corydon.

Visitation will be after 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
