Betty Diane Kingsley, 74, of Corydon, Indiana, died Monday, December 29, 2025, at Baptist Health Floyd in New Albany, Indiana.  She was born March 26, 1951, in Harrison County, Indiana, to the late Rush and Lenora Kintner Curts.  She was formerly employed at Walmart in Corydon.

 

She was preceded in death by her parents; her brothers, Carl Curts and Earl Curts; and her sisters, Alice Embry, Sherry Webb, Stella Curts, Olive Curts, Lennetta Curts and Flossie Mathes.

 

Survivors include her sons, Victor Kingsley, Jr. and Robert Steven Kingsley; her daughter, Penny Flannery (Bryan); her grandchildren, Coty Flannery (Hales), Samantha McKim (Connor) and Chelsea Manning (Chris); her great grandchildren, Brayleigh Manning, Colten Anderson and Brycon Dennison; her brother, Lafe Curts; and her sisters, Clara Amy (Vernie), Joyce Wiseman (Dennis), Benita McDonald (Terry) and Lisa Austin (Jimmy).

 

Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.  Pastor Donnie Whitlow will officiate.  Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery in Corydon.

 

Visitation will be from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. Monday and after 9:00 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

 

Pallbearers will be Coty Flannery, Chris Manning, Connor McKim, Colten Anderson, Terry McDonald and David Webb.  Honorary pallbearer will be Nathan Townsend.
