Bea McKim

Bea McKim, 91, of New Salisbury, died Saturday, June 4, 2022, at Harrison Springs Health Campus in Corydon.  She was born January 25, 1931, in Hector, Kentucky, to the late Clyde and Elizabeth Hacker Bush.  Bea attended Berea College, was very business minded and was self employed for many years in the trucking industry with her husband Charles.  She was also formerly employed in the business office at Keller Manufacturing Company in Corydon, was a member of Oak Grove United Methodist Church near Corydon, and was an avid Euchre player.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Charles S. McKim; and her brother, Robert H. Bush.

Survivors include her son, Brent A. McKim (Jo) of Louisville, Kentucky; her granddaughters, Kelsey McKim and Jennifer Bell; and her niece, Missi Bush-Sawtelle.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 8, 2022, at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon. Rev. Andy Hansen and Pastor Ryan Stroud will officiate.  Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery near Corydon.

Visitation will be after 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
