Barbara R. Carver, 65, of Corydon, Indiana, died Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at Harrison County Hospital in Corydon.  She was born January 11, 1960, in Corydon, to the late Marvin Ray Wyman and Edith Edna Bye Wyman.  She was a registered nurse for 35 years, was the founder of Hannah’s Angels of Hope, and loved being a mother, grandmother and friend to many.

 

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Eldon “Jaye” Carver; and her daughter, Hannah Renee Carver.

 

Survivors include her daughter, Sunshine Malloy; her step-son, Daniel Carver; her grandchildren, Kayla Corbett, Conner Malloy, Andrea Carver and Bradley Carver; and her brother, Ron Wyman (Angie).

 

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Friday, December 5, 2025, at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.  Pastor Donnie Whitlow will officiate.  Burial will be in Crossroads Cemetery near Mauckport, Indiana.

 

Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Thursday and after 9:00 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.

 

Pallbearers will be Daniel Carver, Greg Carver, Jeff Carver, Elmer Ray Carver, Damien Vines, Jeff McDaniel, Zach Culver and Jon Malloy.
