Annette Lynn Mathis, 62, of New Salisbury, died Friday, December 16, 2022, at Harrison County Hospital in Corydon. She was born October 31, 1960, in New Albany, Indiana, to the late Charles and Elizabeth Mitchell Warrick. She was employed as an LPN at Clark Memorial Hospital in Jeffersonville, Indiana and was formerly a member and Sunday school teacher at Covenant Life Church in Jeffersonville and at Abundant Life Church in New Albany.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and her sister, Charlotta Behr.
Survivors include her husband of 27 years, Michael Scott Mathis; her son, Charles Rigsby (Athena Meyer) of Clarksville, Indiana; her daughter, Mary McGill of New Albany; her brother, Charles Warrick of Jeffersonville; her sister, Cathy Reynolds of Louisville; and her grandchildren, Bradley Steenbergen, Ciera McGill, Rodrick McGill, Trysten Meyer, and Rayden Meyer.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, December 22, 2022, at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.
Visitation will be after 11:00 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
