Anna Belle Haun

Anna Belle Snyder Haun, 80, of Corydon, died Tuesday, September 12, 2023, at Baptist Health Floyd in New Albany, Indiana.  She was born July 15, 1943, in Corydon, to the late Harold and Erma Green Snyder.  She was employed as a clerk/hostess and was an unofficial “Ambassador” at Squire Boone Caverns near Mauckport, Indiana, was a member of the Central Homemakers Club, the Kentuckiana Square Dance Association, 4-H, the Harrison County Democratic Party, and Heidelberg United Methodist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Warren Eugene Haun; and her son, Preston S. Haun.

Survivors include her son, Bryan Haun (Rosemarry Cundiff) of Corydon; her sisters, Kena Quebbeman and June Vaughn both of Corydon; her grandchildren, Crystal Morris (Stephen), Cory Haun (Kristina Brown), Josh Haun (Jasmine Blackmore), Nate Haun, Kena Haun, and Laken Haun; and her great grandchildren, Allison Morris, Logan Morris, Jolene Ann Haun, Carlie Haun, and Grant Haun.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 20, 2023, at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.  Pastor Rob Pryor will officiate.  Burial will be in Heidelberg Cemetery near Corydon.

Visitation will be from 2:00 – 8:00 p.m. Tuesday and after 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

The family requests that expressions of sympathy be made to your local humane society.

Pallbearers will be Cory Haun, Josh Haun, Nate Haun, Carl Vaughn, Carl Wayne Crone, and Danny Cundiff.  Honorary pallbearers will be Bryan Haun and Charles Snyder.
